Town & Country Insurance Services have a long history and heritage, we are a small team of experienced staff and we hold one of the oldest AXA insurance agency certificates.

We remain an Independent Intermediary with access to a wide selection of Insurance Companies, the Lloyd’s Market and a number of specialist schemes. In order to demonstrate our independence, Town & Country Insurance Services do not hold a qualifying interest in any Insurance Company and no Insurance Company has any financial interest in Town & Country Insurance Services.

Town & Country Insurance Services are authorised and regulated by the FSA (Financial Services Authority) who are appointed by HM Treasury under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, to oversee the security and integrity of Financial Services within the UK.

Our Duty is to arrange insurance for you, acting on your behalf. We will identify your insurance needs, arrange insurance covers with Insurers, to meet those needs and help you with any changes you have to make.

Our company operates a small, traditional, personable service and there will always be someone to answer your call in person. We stand in between the plethora of different contracts from dozens of different insurers in the market place and you, the customer. Our role is to represent you and arrange a suitable policy that suits your requirements.

We have been a limited trading entity for over 75 years and have been expanding since 1977. Most of our Clients return to us time and time again for their insurance needs, or claims. We are even on first name terms with a lot of our Clients!

We are based in North Devon but our account executives travel the length and breadth of the country to visit our Clients.
