This site is built using accepted Web standards: tableless XHTML 1.0 Transitional (where possible and appropriate) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) 2.0.
In building the site we have tried very hard to meet all the guidelines in the Web Accessibility Initiative of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). It has also been tested using Bobby which offers suggestions to improve the accessibility of webpages. This means that the site should be viewable in a variety of browsers, screen readers and even some mobile devices.
Throughout the site we try and use plain English and offer sufficient help to find the information that you need.
Despite these efforts if you have problems viewing the site, if you feel that we could improve in certain areas we would like to hear from you.
The W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) have produced some information about why building web sites with web standards is important. [opens in a new window]
